ok heres what i know. from a neighbor that showed me his system on a 1 ton 7.3 fleet side.
he put his in two months ago. it consists of two mason jars, some hosing (vacuum) and wires from the bat. inside the one jar is distiled water and baking soda, which when juice is applied turns into Hydrogen and oxygen. its injected into the engine to add extra CHEAP fuel. its cleaner, adds more power and a lot of mpg. he claims to get between 28-32mpg AROUND FRICKEN TOWN. only downside is he fills it up every other day, and hes not sure how to keep it from freezing in the winter.

ive been googling it for an hour. lots of info on it, its even been on several news station. hell one town runs its entire police and fire department on the stuff.
one guy who starting promo'ing it has a duramax that gets 50mpg if he keeps it under 50mph.

you tell me, i have no idea, but the kit (if you do it yourself is only like 40 bucks)
