No big oil needed. If you are realy going to stop at 400hp then stage 2 injectors are your best bet. Remember, you have a 99 so you have forged rods and they are good for up to 500hp. If you have any inclination of going over 400hp then now is the time to put the right injectors in the truck. For 450hp-480hp, hybrid injectors are your best bet.
That is your first decision and then I can help from there.
