First off going through the water box will get the front tires wet and they will loose traction when you launch it. The guys I have seen brake are the ones that do a burn outs and it is always the rear end that brakes. Which tells me the rear hooks up too hard after the burn out. I will get someone to tell me I am full of it but that is my theory and it works.

Makes sense. I was thinking about not wasting expensive rubber when you will do a 4x4 launch anyway.
