i've had to have the driveshafts changed on my 05 and 07 i think that they are not completely balanced where they should be,after they were replaced no more vibrations. I have found if you put a leveling kit on a 250 you may need to shim the carrier bearing down anywhere from 1/16 to 3/16 of a inch.
