OK, well round 2 * DING DING *, just got it off the hoist at work, removed the rear drive shaft and put it in 4x4 so only the front would spin, ruled out everything in the front all regualr noises found, so i installed rear drive shaft and threw it back in 2x4 and the noise came back, had a fellow mechanic use the stethascope again and sure enough the rear pinion bearings are noisy, there making a rawring noise/grinding, so ill replace them later this week and go from there. ill keep you all up to date, this issue seems to be with alot of trucks.
