Anybody have any other ideas on how to handle this kind of quantity?

There is NO easy way to handle that much oil. I would suggest letting me tak half and you take the other half.
Honestly, what are you going to do with that much...put a barrel our there and take 50 gallons a week home, if you need more, put 2 barrels out there. Your talkin 500 - 800 gallons per month. I drive alot and i use maybe 100 gallons per month. No way in hell woould i want to try to handle that much You will spend ALOT of time trying to collect it and filter it only to be worried about it going bad while its stored.
I know its seems like the jackpot but only if you can use it, if you can't its still just garbage...
