I used my tuner to pull codes and the codes are PO- 603, P-1000, P-132. I cleaned the EGR valve and Installed new O-rings and gasket. No luck... I took it to the dealer because I only have 60k miles and they told me I voided my waranty by removing the cat to put a Silverline Exhaust on. I am in a pickel and any advice would help.. Thanks in advance.... Rich.
EGR valve is dirty causing the problem. You can take it out and clean it, or you can block the EGR off. Get an SCT programmer with custom tunes to turn the EGR system off and you won't have that problem anymore. Hope this helps some.
