[Bigtrk]

I have an 03 F-250 6.0.. Truck starts and idles fine. While I am driving the truck seems to buck and lets out puffs of black smoke. I have a superchips tuner installed and returned it back to the stock settings and still the same thing. After I stomp the pedal and release it while driving I hear a flutter sound I have never heard before. (Hard to explain) If I really stomp on it it will blow tons of black smoke. I used my tuner to pull codes and the codes are PO- 603, P-1000, P-132. I cleaned the EGR valve and Installed new O-rings and gasket. No luck... I took it to the dealer because I only have 60k miles and they told me I voided my waranty by removing the cat to put a Silverline Exhaust on. I am in a pickel and any advice would help..
