if it's a single axle trailer then you shouldn't have any problems over trailer tires. if it has more then one axle then you need to keep an eye on tread feathering and damage to the sidewalls from tight turning. the main difference between trailer tires and auto tires is the strength of the side wall. just keep an eye on them and you will probably be fine.
