I have a friend who yelled at his mom when he was 17 yrs old. At that point his dad punched him in the face and knocked him to the ground and said, "Don't you ever talk to my wife that way again." My friend said he had never respected his father more.
I doubt there was a dad in the picture here and it's clear mom doesn't know what she is doing. He probably has every PS, Wii, and Nintendo game ever made and gets to do whatever he wants all day long because she might hurt his self esteem if she makes him
feel bad. I'm sure he learned at school that if mommy makes you feel bad its because mommy has issues of her own that she's dealing with.
