I have a 01 7. with the banks big wheel turbo, banks actuator, i was driving 2 days ago when all of sudden my truck lost power, while climbing a hill that i could easily fly up in 5th gear, i was forced to downshift to 3rd because i had no power to climb this hill. The engine was revving up but there was no power. I have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump, and CPS. I also checked to see if the turbo was spin while the truck was runnin and it was. I ran a diagnostic check and found these codes.
p0476- exhaust press. control valve performance
p0541- intake air heater circuit low
p1247- turbo boost press. low
p1248- turbo boost press. not detected
p1280- icp circuit out of range
