Not yet... they have parts on the way overnight and are trying a few different things tomorrow. It has to do with the inner pinion bearing being different (the one right behind the pinion teeth, i think). Its in the shop and all apart. They've done numerous axles before with no issue. This one is just odd.

When they put the parts in, just like they were supposed to go, as with any other truck... the flat face of the pinion was hitting the carrier and the contact pattern was way off, towards the inside of the ring. It all revolves around that inner bearing and some non-standard thick shims that were used from the factory, I think. Working on limited info at the moment though, until I talk to them again tomorrow.
