Well I ended up having to get a new EBP sensor because it was ruined either from me or before. I cleaned out the tube, and am straight piped. Got AROUND 14psi backpressure. If you're sure your EBPV is open I dunno what to tell you, maybe your wastegate? Otherwise I'd say wire your EBPV open permanently.
