6.9 runs rough

hi i have 86 f250 with 200.000 miles on it. run very rought fuel coming out of tail pipe .no power ,with garage door open still burns my eyes. when idling smoke puffs out of dip stick it starts on its own at 60 degrees after running it for awhile is it scrap or a fix .what do you think thanks in advance

find a raytech and take temps of each cylinder to see if you have a really hot cylinder or a cold one. One of your injectors could be stuck. Just a thought...

Will it run better after warmed up?? A plunger could be getting stuck. Come back with some more info but I would try to keep the truck and fix it

Cool 6.9 runs rough

yes it might be injecter but its liquid comin out of tail pipe the rad is good the dip stick has no white crap on it could the injecter push out to much fuel i dont run any better when warm thank for any help you give
