GLOW PLUG LIGHT
I have a 1986 F250 2-wheel drive with the 6.9 and the glow light doesn't always come on. The truck will not start if I try to start it without getting the light. I have to turn the ignition off and on a few times to get the light to finally come on and then the truck will start. Any ideas?

i would start by checking the ground on the glow plug module and also making sure that you have power on 3 of the four points on the module. next maybe you have some bad glow plugs you can check them by taking a test light and put the lead to 12v and stick test light on plug if it lights up its good if not its bad. let me know what you find good luck
