When first started does it idle rough for a minute and then clear up?

If so, thats a classic air in the fuel system, symptom. Most likely cause is the injector return lines.

ya pretty much when i first start it in the morning it fires right up then it wants to die if i feather the foot feed for 10 seconds or so it clears right up. if i dont feather it for a few seconds it will die then i gotta cycle the glow plugs again put the pedal on the floor and crank it. it will crank 10 seconds or so before it starts.
