Injector pump leaking on drivers side

Hi guys Im new to the 6.9 diesels I just bought a 87 E350 27' Motorhome , the owner told me about this leak, before i bought it , its a low mile truck has about 60,000 miles on it , What it looks like to me is that there is a cover or plate on the drivers side of the pump and when you start it fuel leaks out one side of this, Ive tried to find pics of the part or find out what its called , on the net and made a dozen inquires but no one can tell me what this part is or if theres seals behind it , Anyone know ?? any help would be good Thanks
