Coolant spraying out?

I'd driven my truck for about 45mins and when I got home and parked it I noticed coolant on the ground, Passenger side rear of engine near the headers went underneath and checked it out...cleaned everything off with break cleaner and waited to see where it was coming from, didn't leak out again...fired the truck up gave it a few good revs looked underneath nothing again..huh..I am wondering if this could be a blown head gasket or maybe a leak in coolant hose..I checked the oil didn't see any water/coolant in it from what I could see..but I am worried about it. It's an '86 F250 with a 6.9 IDI, Banks Sidewinder Turbo if anyone has any input that would be great thanks.
