front wheel sensor cable

Hi i was out driving in the hills yesterday and wanted to see how my Carli suspension flexed.when I was backing off a embankment I turned my wheels hard to the left then my abs,and advancetrac light came on. I got out and looked at the radius arm and the cable going to the wheel sensor looked like it may have been pinched. Theres no bare wire or anything showing. Is this wire sensitive to damage? Is it a regular copper wire or some fiber optic cable? Thanks, Curtis
