Irratic Turbo PSI

I have a 2013 F250 I bought a few months ago. I have an H&S Mini Maxx w/ DPF delte, Flo Pro 5" exhaust and a S&B CAI.
I put all this on at the same time at 1000 miles. I now have 9500 on it.

The issue I am having is after the truck is warm and has been running a while when I come to a stop...sometimes when I take back off I have 0 turbo pressure. If I accelerate hard the turbo spools up and drops back down to 0. It will do this a couple times and then it keeps pressure like it should. It does it off and on.

Anyone else seen that happen? I have talked to H&S about it and they said they have not heard of that problem.

I was hoping someone else has seen this and might know what it is if anything.

I appreciate the help.

I have had the same issue while out running over 80 mph on the interstate, boost will drop to zero, EGTs will go as high as 1300*, I have only noticed it cruise on. After the truck needs more power for a hill or something, the turbo will surge to 15-20 psi. Doesn't do anything when not on cruise control however.

Problem was fixed when I unplugged the orange connector on the butterfly valve right in front of the fan. I already had the orange EGR connector unplugged on the passenger side.
