My list of problems: 2012 F350 6.7

1. Nox sensor recalibration - had to take this to two different dealers before it was fixed.

2. Intermittent shuddering and misfires when in regen. This resulted in all exhaust valves and valves seals be replaced on the left side. See TSB 13-5-17. This is after taking it to three different dealers.

3. A/C evaporator replaced. I had A/C for one day it started blowing warm air again. Took it back to the dealer. They replaced some seals in the A/C line. Had A/C for one more day. Then it stopped working again. No A/C. Took the truck back to the dealer and was told it needs another A/C evaporator...

4. Now a CEL just came on. Dealer states its for DPF fluid sensor that went bad.

Oh btw my truck doesn't even have 10K on it.

... Its time for a new truck. Maybe the 2013's have this issues corrected.

My 2012 has been fantastic. I am sorry you are having issues. I was camping this weekend and Fords were all over the place. Many "happy campers" with great trucks.

Agreed!! There were five F-250 6.7's at the RV park when we were traveling in Alaska about a week ago. All years 2011-current from Florida and Colorado. Only 1 Duramax at the park. Everyone had nothing but positives and ZERO negatives to report. Having nothing but luck with my 2012.

Sorry to hear about your string of bad luck!
