Problem filling DEF tank

My brother has a 2012 f-350 king ranch 6.7 cc sb 4x4. It takes him 1/2 hour to pour in a 2.5 gallon def. Any ideas what wrong? tried the search with no luck.

it sounds like the funnel isn't opened all the way, there are many different brands of def and all bottles/funnels a little different. maybe also an excuse to delete that part of the system. I am on here right now to learn about that info. [ deletes/tuner/ etc..]

Take a screw driver and poke a hole in the back of the handle and it will fill in about a minute.
