Cab Popping sound

While driving my 2011 250 you can hear a popping noise. Sounds like it is mostly coming from the passanger rear door. Sometimes it sounds like the whole cab is flexing as you can hear it in the headliner. I use this truck as a daily driver and can not stand it. My family has had 4 2011 250's, 1 2011 350 and 3, 2012 250s. We still have 5 of the 8 and this is the only one making the noise. One other 2011 made the sound but we got rid of it around 10,000 miles. I have 26000 miles on mine and it seems like it gets worse by the day. If anyone has any info please share.

I have the same issue. Not sure what is causing it. I only notice it when the radio is turned down or off. Mine sounds like the drivers door is flexing.

Had same issue. Was the cab mount. It was malformed after they removed it and had a look. Drove me freaking nuts and got worse.

Mine does this too, one day it won't do it at all, and the next day it does it everytime i hit the slightest imperfection in the road, very annoying!
