NOX Sensor Failure

So, I packed up the F-350 this weekend and drove 3 hours to the next town for a trade show. Truck ran awesome. I've never owned a dually that pulls like this thing. Anyway, go to load up and leave on Sunday morning and the truck throws a code and tells me "Speed restricted to 80 km/h in 80 km" "DEF system Fault". Had to leave the truck there and get it towed home the next day. Turns out to be a faulty NOx sensor in the exhaust. I'm wondering how many cases are out there and if it's something I need to worry about in the future. Oh and by the way, the truck only has 1,980 km's on it (1,237 miles)!

I just received a recall notice on that. I have a 2011 job 1 and they want to test it and replace it if need be. truck is going in today for that, along with a radiator replacement.

I keep hearing about this radiator replacement. Is this a common problem on the 6.7's? I know a few guys that had that issue on the 6.4's, but I thought Ford fixed it?
