Possible trans issues?

Hey guys, I purchased my truck slightly used a couple months ago. It is a 2011 6.7 CCSB Lariet that had 22k miles on it at purchase time. Since then I have put a couple thousand miles on it and really love the truck overall.

In that time I have noticed that the transmission really doesnt like to shift from 4th gear to 5th gear. I would say about 80% of the time it shifts really hard between these 2 gears. All other shifts are silky smooth.

I have also had the feeling that others describe as the truck not knowing which gear to go into. This usually occurs just after letting off the gas or when getting back into the gas after having let off of it (if that makes sense).

My truck has a build date of 9/10. How do I go about getting an oaisis report that I have heard mentioned? I plan on going to the dealer tomorrow to talk with them and hopefully can get the issue resolved. Any info that could or would help is much appreciated!

The repairs for the issues i have read about so far is having the computer reflashed and or having solenoids replaced, is there anything else?

Thanks ahead of time guys!

Since your under warranty, I would just take it to the dealer and tell them the problem. The good thing about having a new truck is the warranty. They can hook it up to a computer and test every parameter of the transmission, whats even better is you don't have to pay for anything. It may just need to go through a relearning process. Let the dealer worry about it, not you Man I wish I still had warranty on my truck
