Engine light & code P164A

Read up and got two answers on this code, first being air filter clogged up, changed it and engine light is back on. Second, i have read that it is an O2 sensor. I will be looking under truck in mourn, iam wanting to know if this engine light on is harmful to drive my truck?

Any techs out there that have any input on this code and engine light being on? Greatly appreciate any info!

there is a tsb, replacing NOx sensor and clearing adaptive tables in the NOx gateway, and PCM relcalibration.

I had the CEL come on, NOx sensor replaced, drove 14 kms and the CEL came on again with a P164A. Tables were cleared five times. Dealer wants to keep the truck for a few days and run around with it with a computer attached, which is fine by me.

im booked in with the dealer next week, the cel has been on over a week now and iam also experiencing poor tranny shifts!!
just broke 40,000km no issue.....first cel and now all of this
