Ticking Noise Under Front Passenger Seat

I have looked and looked to try to figure out where this noise is coming from, best I can tell it is coming from somewhere under the front passenger seat, or some trim piece on the seat. It sounds like a plastic on plastic, or plastic on painted metal sound. I have the heated/cooled seats, which I guess explains why there are like 15 wire looms under that seat - given that the loops and harnesses move when you adjust the seat that seems like a great place for a wiring short to be developed.

The noise seems to be vibration driven, as you hear it when going over bumps or slight variations in concrete pavement that cause the truck to bounce a little. It is loud enough that you can hear it over the radio at reasonable volume levels.

If any one else has experienced this, or even knows a fix please help - it is not very loud, but it is beginning to drive me nuts.

The gremlins are the WORSE!

94% of all Dodge Cummins trucks from1992 through 2012 are still on the road today..... The other 6% made it home.....
