Rattling coming from under hood

I just noticed a clicking or rattling sound coming from under the hood. It sounds like it could be coming from the fan clutch. I'm not positive if that's where it's coming from but its kind of annoying. Truck has 3800 miles. Has anyone else experienced this?

My dodge 6.7 makes the same noise only it's about a million times worse

We'd need a bit more info. A lot of these trucks have what they call a "typewriter" ticking noise that comes in after they change oil.

I haven't changed the oil yet. I haven't driven it since I posted the first time either but it sounded as if it was coming from around the fan.
