Drivers side grab handle broke!!

Pulled on my drivers side grab bar the other day while getting in the truck and it came off went straight to my local dealership, the ordered a new one and installed it "free of charge of course"

anyone ever had the same experience?? or is it just my 300lbs causing the issues

its fixed now.. I'll see if it lasts
