aftermarket nav/ head unit??

Is there a aftermarket head unit that rear view camera works in and has nav? Or what's the best one?? What's everyone else using and is a nice factory clean fit?

I know a lot of the high-end Kenwood excelon stuff is sync integrated, and I am sure any car audio shop can get the factory rear camera hooked up to the monitor.
