Stock running boards 2011 6.7

Checking to see if anyone has ran into this problem of the chrome peeling off the running boards on the truck. Just took it to the dealer they took pics and sending the pics to Ford to see on what to do

Having the same trouble with mine. Dealer took pics and has been going back and forth with ford for over a month. Still waiting. Also, the chrome is peeling off of the exhaust tip. Wonder whar ford will do about that?

Wow a month of going back and forth. Did they take pics of your exhaust tip as well then.

I think the dealer is just clueless. I really need to find a good dealer in NJ that knows what they are doing! About a week went by and i Called to follow up. The dealer said that they had submitted the pics to Ford and were waiting for a response. About another week went by and I called again. This time they said that they were going back and forth with Ford how to handle this. Looks like I will be calling again on Monday. What gets me mad is that no one is calling me or sending me any emails.

Post pics of the damage? If you drove the truck in the winter on the salt covered roads I don't see why Ford should be responsible.
