Remote Window Open

I just picked up my new 2013 F-350. I was going through the Information Display on the dash and came across the Remote Window Open display. It has an option for on or off with it being set to off currently. I can not find anything in the manual about this or on the forum. Actually the manual I got with the truck didn't even mention it. The one I downloaded from Ford just mentioned it but did not explain what it does.
Does anyone know what this is or does?
I have the smaller information display not the screen with the animated Ford logo unfortunately.
Thanks for help.

From p. 91 of the Owner's Manual:
Global Open Windows (If Equipped)
Note: The ignition must be off and the accessory delay feature must not be activated in order for this feature to operate.
Note: This feature can be disabled or enabled by your authorized dealer or through the information display. Refer to Information Displays chapter.
Press and hold the unlock button on the remote control to begin opening the windows.
Press the lock or unlock button on the remote control to stop motion.
