Anyone have problems with there fan control?

I have a 2012 ccsb and I got in it to go to work and the fan was stuck on high would now slow down I stopped at the gas station when I got back in everything was fine then I hit a bump and it went back to blowing on high went across some rr tracks went back to normal any help would be helpful

It's under warranty right? Take it in! Sounds like a short to me...

I have never heard of this issue on our trucks. I had a similar issue on an old Pontiac.
