Can't access some of the items on the Productivity Screen

Just noticed today that I can't access 2 areas on the Productivity Screen, the Settings and Info options (bottom 2). Obviously I don't use them much, and the last few times I had tried I was driving. Just figure they were locked out while in gear.

I had it in Park, e-brake set and still no access. It just cycles back to the 1st option.

I changed out the Factory CD head unit (no Nav). It had Sync but it's bypassed now. I used a Metra wiring kit with an Axxess Steering Wheel control adapter. Wonder if that is causing a problem.

I do know it worked at sometime in the past, just don't know if the head unit change out caused it or if it went away before.

Anybody else have this problem?

Click the left arrow on your steering wheel. Thats how I get to mine.

Checked it on the way home just now. Click left once or twice (maybe 3 times depending on what "truck app" your on) and the list style changes. You can then access the other two options.

That was it, thanks. Just brain-farted. I don't remember using the left arrow and thought maybe lock out while moving. Of course I have trouble remembering this morning :-)
