CC Rr. seat headrests

I have an '11 CC Lariat, and believe I just rode in the back seat for the first time! Those headrests seem made for shorter people, it digs into my back and pushes you forward. The headrests are removable but not adjustable for height. Anyone else run into this and solve the problem, like grinding some other slots in the upright posts to lock a little higher?

Lift them in a higher position and drill a small pilot hole, then insert a small head screw to prevent them from dropping.
Or easy way lift them to the higher position and wrap them in duct tape to increase the diameter to prevent them from dropping.
Easy fix!
