How is everyones leather holding up?

Just like the title says.. how is your leather holding up? I have noticed over the last few days that my leather seems to be wearing faster than I am use to. This is my first ford vehicle, I have had numerous other Chevy trucks with leather and for a truck that is only a couple years old with 25k miles on it the leather sure is concerning me.

Its not VERY bad YET but I can see the tell tale signs.

Mine looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot 28k miles ago. I don't slide in or out though.

Forgot to mention I do not slide in or out either. I use the steps every time i get in or out.

Ive got an 02 with 105k, its still holding up good, mild wear spots on the edges but nothing too bad. A good leather conditioner helps keep it from drying out and cracking, at least it has so far

Take it to your local dealership and have them do a warranty claim. My truck has just over 50,000km on it (bumper to bumper warranty in Canada is 3 years, 60,000km) and I had my service writer take pictures of my seats because of the condition and fading. Ford is replacing my front driver's and passenger's seat. Waiting to hear if I'll get my rear seat covered under warranty.

i got black leather seats there comfortable but the leather seems kinda cheap to me

1 year old this month and it is like brand new. Use Zaion cleaner and conditioner and it will last forever.
M7 08 was 3 yrs old when i got rid of it and it was like day 1 also.
