Can these switches be used on trucks that don't have this option. I have an 08 F350. Drivers side has auto down only.

i think they should've had auto UP AND DOWN on both front's at least.... my 2011 dodge has this feature and i loved it!!

It seems to me that every Ford from the Fusion to the Superduty shares the same power window switch design. Anyone know if the auto up/down switches out of another Ford would be a direct fit?
I'm thinking a trip to the wrecker and an hour or two and I'd have auto up/down windows... Waxy
