Creaky Dash Top

Any one here have a dash board top that seems a bit loose or creaky? I am talking about the part that is shaped like a tray in the center. It seems as though the entire top portion of the dash has come delaminated or separated, but not completely, from the part underneath and it creaks when I hit medium bumps or push on it. I know, don't push on it, but I live in Alberta and the roads are **** so I cant avoid the bumps.
