Recon dome light install?

Looking to put in some recon lights but this new trick is a bit different than my '07. Anyone done this yet and can help on how to change the bulbs? The truck is a CC with moon roof.

And the back is the only one I've really tried. The '07 was easy but this is much different

I also have an 11 with the moonroof and put in the recon. The back seat Is easy just pull on it and it hinges down and you can access the bulbs. The front ones are a round style bulb and the recons. won't fit. By the way the reckons are sweet way brighter than factory

does it hinge in the front or the back?

so what bulbs did you use up front and how did you access them?

The front ones are the map style bulbs, I ordered the kit and they were wrong called them took a pic and texted it to the guy while I was on the phone so he would know what they were, he sent the right ones and the license plate lights too for the hassle, also ordered the mirror lights, so far no prob with any of them

wow that back one is ON there.....thought it broke when it came flying off but all is well and the lights look great! They were very snug to make fit though.

Wondering did you face the LED's down or up towards the reflector?


now to order the front ones....and I like the license plate idea...gonna try those too
