Gear display on LCD screen?

My truck used to display what gear it was in on lcd screen and now it doesn't. Does anyone know how to get this back on there? I didn't see a setting to turn it on or off.

When you are in gear, press the (+) button on your shifter. It will toggle between displaying the gears and not.

The +/- does not only put the gear indicator back on the screen it also allows you to shut out the top gears. Keeping tapping the - button on the gear shift while in drive.
