A/C Evaporator

I have a 2011 F250 Lariat 6.7 Diesel and my A/C Evaporator started to leak about 2 weeks ago. Ford replaced the part# with a new part# (new part I guess) and after 2 weeks part on back order they finally installed it yesterday! I didn't even leave the dealer ship and it was blowing HOT air again! Now they just called me that the new part was leaking too!

I love my new Truck, but this makes me really mad and want to know if you guys have any solution or similar issues with the A/C!
I hope Ford will take care of me....

First ac problem I've heard of. They probally damage the new one on install. Hope they get you fixed up before it gets to hot.

Down here Texas we have already weather where you need an A/C!
Dealer had to replace 3 units on other 2011 Trucks! So I really hope it will be fixed by tomorrow.

I just had mine at the dealer for the same reason. They had it three days, but it is working great now. All I had to do afterwards was clean all the greasy hand prints and greasy boot marks out of the truck.
