2008 center console in 2011

I just ordered a 2011 f350 drw xl with every xl option. Will a center console from a 08 fit in the 11? The only seat option in the xl is 40/20/40 or the mini console. The mini console looks like a walmart piece of plastic? unless i am seeing the wrong pictures, does anyone have a picture of one in a actual truck? Thanks

Your right, Its different. Idk the answer about fitment with earlier years. I found this pic on there website if it helps any.

The 11' lariat we have has the same seat bolt hole spacing, so thinking it will work? They should pay us $300 to take that fugly console as a option! Your truck looks damn good, u need spacers for the 255's? Going for the blacked out dually also, thinking powder coating the stock alum wheels. Some aftermarket wheels look better but the quality just is not there, the chrome rockstars on my 08 have me burned a bit...

Thanks. No spacer needed. Plenty of room even when loaded. I considered powder coating my oem wheels too. I think they will look good. If you do post some pics. I would like to see it.

Are you goin to have black interior? I actually love the center console of the 2011 how it goes all the way up to the dash.

XLT and Lariat get the full console that goes all the way to the dash, XL gets a console they call a mini console that looks like something from walmart... I wish they would offer the same console. My interior is steel and i have a console from a 2010 superduty that i plan on putting in the truck when i get it. I am tired of chrome and fake leather seats so thats why i went the XL route. Thinking katzkin leather on the seats and a few other things to dress up the interior.
