Radio issues

OK guys new to the board been in PSDs a while though. My 2011 Lariet with sync and the factory installed subwoofer is giving me some issues. There is no regularity to when it does it but it starts cutting out for a second then comes back on. If I turn the radio off for a bit it will quit doing it when I turn it back on for a bit. I have noticed that sometimes the mid and high speakers kick off and you can hear the sub still playing faintly. It does this in all radio applications even when I am in a call on the bluetooth. Sometimes it will not do it at all in a day but it is getting more frequent now. It is not the nav unit though. Any thoughts? I am out of warrenty so want to try and fix it but if it needs to go in I will do it. Thanks a bunch guys.

Does it do it only in Satellite mode? Sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere which can be very tricky to find.
