cold coolant system?

I have a 2012 f250 with
Dpf and egr delete. Is there a way to decrease the temperature of the cold coolant system? Since it runs through the intercooler the cooler the coolant the more power it should make. On my 03 cobra a company called Kincade performance makes a product called a killer chiller that runs the intercooler coolant through a block that has ac refrigerant passing through it also. The intercooler coolant can get down into the 40s. It would be awsome if we could run something like this on our trucks.
