Mini Maxx Tune Swap

I've been using Gearhead's engine and transmission tuning, but I recently switched back to H&S engine tuning because I wanted less smoke. The Mini Maxx asked whether I wanted to tune the transmission during the H&S install and I declined because the last transmission tune was from Gearhead, which was sufficient for me. Was I supposed to separately reload Gearhead's transmission tune again or did I make the correct choice by leaving the transmission tune alone? Thanks.

If you select no it just leaves the last tune in the TCM the only way to get your stock trans tune back in the TCM is to full return to stock then only tune the PCM
