shake or vibration at 65

I put on a ready lift sst lift with all the drop brackets necessary and had the truck aligned as directed. This kit came with a lift block for the rear. Last week I had all the tires re balanced and I still feel this shake over 60-65mph. I have had other trucks leveled in the past and never had this issue, I run Nitto trail grapplers and have never had a problem any advice would be great.

i had a vibration at 70 after i got my tires mounted and balanced and they told me one of my tires took ALOT of weight. I took it back and i had them rebalance them and they said whoever balanced them the first time when i had it there must of did it wrong. Its been fine ever since.
