Well it broke need help ASAP

Doin the egr delete and one of the bolts that hold the pipe to the manifold on the motor broke off what do I do ? A piece of the bolt is still out and also how did u guys disconnect the bottom hose from the radiator when doin the delete ? Thanks

Oh man this was just brought up a few days ago, Ill look back and see if I can find the thread and you can ask him. He either drilled out the broken bolt or welded a nut onto it. I cant speak for the lower hose since mine hasnt been done yet but if its an issue with a little trick to get it done then Id definitely like to know as well!

Thanks everyone I ended up drilling it out and it's all good now had to pull the whole top of the motor out seemed like but it helps with mileage and gets more whistle !!

I removed that hope from the bottom. It is a pain in the *** to get to and remove.

When I helped my brother out with his, we ended up not pulling the hose off the rad. We capped off the hose where it went into the egr and left it like that. It looked impossible to reach the hose on the rad.
