Delete or no?

I have a 2011 250, motor warranty is expired. I want to delete and program it but I'm moving to oklahoma in August. Louisiana isn't too bad on regulating it but any advice from anyone around the Oklahoma area? Also, anyway to leave the stock tip? I tend to like it more than aftermarket. Any advice would be fabulous. Brands, settings, pros/cons of deleting, etc

Not sure on DOT regs in OK but they sell just a delete pipe that goes in place of the filter and leaves everything else stock.

If it's gutted it's gutted. Flows just fine. Straight section may be a slight improvement but nothing substantial.
