H&S not coming on

I have an H&S tuner on a 13 f250 and it's not coming on at all. I'm not sure where to whether it's the obd2 plug or fuse? I checked the diagnostic plug fuse on the passenger side floor board and it's good, hadn't been able to find anything else. Has anyone had this problem or know what to look for?

I would probably start by completely unplugging it so that it loses power completely which simply involves unplugging the connection on the back of the programmer. If it doesn't fire back up, I would stop and call H&S

It's not hard wired or actually hooked up. I've kept it in my console until I wanted hook my trailer up and now when I plug it up nothin happens even when I flip the switch on the block that goes to obd2 plug. I'll call H&S I the morning and let u know how that turns out. Hopefully good beings I jus got that turner back from them a week ago after I sent them $500 for it
