Just ordered Mini-Max 5inch TBE etc for my 13 ... For all of you who have been down this road before, any help or pointers? Appreciate the advice...

Not sure what wheelbase you have, but this is how the long box crew cab went.

Start from the last section and move forward. They should slide out out of the hangers. Then prop the back end of the DPF up with a floor jack SECURELY. Disconnect any sensors, hoses, etc. and tie out of the way. Unbolt the remaining hangers and roll them away from the frame. Remove the two front bolts from the down pipe and start moving it to the rear. Watch all of the hangers and previous attachments to make sure they stay clear. With a motorcycle strap and the floor jack, you can stay clear (somewhat) and lower it to the floor. Assembly of the new parts goes ALOT faster.
